Below is the timeline of our forum. Parts of the timeline are still reminiscent to the original game timeline. Changes in the original game timeline will be in bold font. This timeline deviates from the original game timeline completely around August 5th 1998 after the mansion incident.

[li]September 20, 1998: Umbrella U.S.S. teams Alpha Team lead by HUNK and REDHAWK locate and capture Albert Wesker. He is classified as Subject 0 and his newly augmented genetic material is used to create a virus which will duplicate his abilities in others. The project is labeled "Project W." And is lead by William Birkin and Keto Serroth. No one in HUNK's team survived. He soon received the nickname Mr. Death after this mission.[/li]
[li]2001: Project W is completed, the virus is dubbed the W-virus. Hideki Kamiya and his REDHAWK team are the first successful test subjects.[/li]

- 1968: Umbrella Corporation is founded by Ozwell E. Spencer, Edward Ashford, and James Marcus. Spencer and Marcus fully realize that Progenitor can be used for biochemical warfare after Ashford's death.
- 1969-1970: Alexander Ashford, the son of the late Edward Ashford constructs the Antarctic Base.
- 1971: The Ashford twins, Alexia and Alfred, are born.
- 1972: The Umbrella paramilitary is formed with Colonel Sergei Vladimir being head of all paramilitary. The branches consisting of the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service(U.B.C.S.), Umbrella Security Service(U.S.S.), and the Umbrella Secrete Police(U.S.P).
- 1977: Albert Wesker, William Birkin, and Hideki Kamiya begin their lives with the Umbrella Corporation.
- September 19, 1977: Marcus creates the Tyrant Virus(T-virus) by combining Progenitor with leech DNA.
- December 14, 1979: Hideki Kamiya joins the U.S.S and heads his own team classified as "REDHAWK".
- 1981: The first 'zombies' are created. Birkin also creates the "hunter" B.O.W. using the T-virus and reptile DNA implanted in a human Embryo. At age ten, Alexia Ashford is appointed senior researcher at the Antarctic Base where she begins development of on the T-Veronica Virus.
- 1982: T-Veronica enters human testing and ends in 1983 when the Ashford family is Assassinated by U.S.S. REDHAWK team. The T-veronica Virus as well as files on the virus are captured and taken to Umbrella Research facilities in the U.S. to be studied further.
- 1988: T-Virus is completed and James Marcus is assassinated upon it's completion. "Nemesis" is created as a result of the completed T-virus.
