May thirty-first, two thousand and six. I've realized after forcefully taking control over Umbrella, that humans have become a plague, only ten percent of the population is worth their weight, the rest is only chaff in the wheat. Starting today, that ends... Myself, Birkin, and Serroth have devised a plan for the manufactured evolution of the human race, to weed out the weak and useless numbers that plague and drag the human race down. The survivors of this occurrence will be given new life, being born into power such as mine, and I will become their ruler. Every chess player understands that each individual piece serves it's purpose. Every great chess player however, understands that each piece must be carefully positioned on the board in such a way that when the time comes, the pieces can strike with as one unit, overwhelming and destroying the enemy. Today begins the planing of Operation H.E.R.A. And like the Greek goddess, when all is said and done... H.E.R.A. will birth the mightiest beings the world will ever see.

Dear Mr. Kamiya,
I am pleased to inform you that Umbrella Corporation now financially owns seventy percent of the companies that make up the Global Pharmaceutical Consortium. The only two we were unable to successfully procure were WilPharma and the up and coming company; TriCell. However, even with just seventy percent we have enough in the way of technology and research to shorten the schedule by the end of 2014 instead of the original projections of 2019.
The only problem may come in the form of TriCell. I say we eliminate them in a very specific manner. I will give you the details in person once I make landfall back into the United States.

I can't believe it actually worked, not only were we able to gain test data from our B.O.W.s and Viruses but after a full investigation from the B.S.A.A. nothing was linked back to this Company and instead it was all linked to TriCell eventually leading to the company's downfall. Now nothing can stop us and our ultimate goal.

Memo from President Benford
Over the past few months I've had a team of investigators as well as the B.S.A.A. look into the sudden Bio-terrorist incidents around the globe. I can't put my finger on it, but something makes me believe there is foul play involved. I pray that I am wrong.
B.S.A.A. Investigation Report
After months of deep investigation we've managed to uncover new leads into the recent Bio-terrorist outbreaks that have happened on what we believed was due to TriCell creating B.O.W.s and Viral Weaponry. Turns out we were wrong, Several members of the B.S.A.A., the original four who happened to be survivors from the Arklay mansion incident reported similarities between these B.O.W.s and the monsters they encountered back in '98.
Further investigation into the matter has found various links to Umbrella including weaponized versions of their technology and pharmaceutical drugs that seemed to be used with the B.O.W.s that were encountered. Further evidence links Umbrella to be the cause of these outbreaks.
All evidence and reports on the Investigation are being sent to President Benford himself for review.

As of eight o'clock eastern time, Tall Oaks Vermont, where President Adam Benford was going to hold a press conference on the Global Bio-terrorist attacks has now been the target of it's very own bio-terrorist attack. Sources confirm that it's the same manner of attack like those suffered in Russia, Brazil, and Africa. Reports and nine-one-one calls are flooding in of 'zombies' and Bio-Organic Weapons, or, B.O.W.s. Still no news on the condition of the President.

Presidential Address
My fellow Americans, at 0800 hours this evening... the former President of the United States, my closest friend, Adam Benford was assassinated during a Bio-terrorist attack. This attack has caused the infection of three American cities. These city's borders are being contained and the areas quarantined. The attacks were carried out by the same organization truly responsible for the incidents around the globe. They used the attacks on our soil to keep the truth from getting out.
